“You can eat salad in a huge amount for very little calories,” he added.
Through a bowl of salad every day, you can give your body nutrients that have been issued through the various activities, such as vitamins C and E, selenium, beta carotene, and fiber. To serve the salad, add 3 ounces of skinless chicken to meet the body’s protein needs.
Brian explained if you eat a salad once a day for a year, you could lose up to 30 pounds (equivalent to 13.6 kg) without making other major changes in food intake.
“Salad is only once a day, for lunch or dinner, your body will feel the difference,” he said. (Ftr)
